According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 12th, The Sharp Dunchon Foret received a total of 583 applications for 27 households in the special supply conducted the previous day, recording an average competition rate of 21.6 to 1. In particular, 267 people applied for the first-time special supply, which was allocated 4 households, showing a competition rate of 66.8 to 1. The competition rate for newlywed special supply (9 households) was 32.1 to 1.
The complex will accept first-priority subscriptions on the same day. The qualifications for first-priority subscription are adults aged 19 or older who have been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area, residing in Seoul (relevant) or Gyeonggi/Incheon (others). In this case, regardless of home ownership, head of household or household member status, or re-winning status, one can apply for first-priority subscription. For exclusive area 84㎡, 60% of the supply is by lottery excluding 40% by point system. The exclusive 112㎡ is supplied 100% by lottery. Winners will be announced on the 20th of this month, and the official contract will be held for three days from April 1. The expected move-in date is November.
The Sharp Dunchon Foret is a complex with 8 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 14, totaling 572 households, of which 74 households are for general sale. There are 26 households of exclusive 84㎡A, 26 households of 84㎡B, and 22 households of 112㎡. It is a remodeled complex with a newly constructed annex building, and all general sale units are in the new building. The Dunchon Hyundai 1st Remodeling Housing Association is the developer, and POSCO E&C is the constructor.
The complex is located near Jungang Veterans Hospital Station on Subway Line 9, making it a station-area location.
