Accelerating Military Administration through Strengthened On-Site Administration at Major Workplaces
Jin Byeong-yeong, the governor of Hamyang County, Gyeongnam, plans to strengthen on-site administration for prompt county governance by checking the progress of major county projects through weekly field inspections starting in March and seeking swift solutions.
As the first step in strengthening on-site administration, on March 8, he visited the Nosacho Noodles Memorial Hall and Baduk Experience Center project site in Jigok-myeon, followed by the planned site for the construction of the Hamyang-eup Student Complex Library to inspect the progress of these projects.
Jin Byeong-yeong, the mayor of Hamyang County, is conducting an on-site inspection of major county government projects.
This field inspection was arranged as a follow-up measure to the ‘Simu 10jo C-Project Policy Project Discovery Report Meeting’ held on February 28, aimed at concretizing and smoothly advancing key projects for the future development of Hamyang County.
The Nosacho Noodles Memorial Hall and Baduk Experience Center project is a tourism resource revitalization initiative linked to the birthplace and historic monument of Nosacho, with administrative procedures such as holding resident briefings currently underway.
The construction of the Student Complex Library is a project to relocate and newly build the aging Hamyang Library in a modern style, aiming to improve youth educational welfare and enhance cultural life for county residents, with ongoing consultations regarding the site.
Governor Jin said, “We will enhance resident satisfaction and project completeness through proactive administration that finds answers on-site,” adding, “Since all projects promoted by the county are closely related to residents’ lives, we will carefully manage the sites and prepare the best solutions.”
The county plans to continue conducting regular field inspections and systematic project management to ensure the success of the Simu 10jo C-Project, thereby increasing residents’ policy awareness and trust.
The Simu 10jo C-Project (Challenge & Change) consists of 10 core strategies and over 100 projects and related initiatives based on the three core values of the 8th elected county government: ‘People,’ ‘Tourism,’ and ‘Industry.’
