The police have decided not to prosecute the embezzlement accusation filed by three former members of the group Fifty Fifty against CEO Jeon Hong-jun of their agency.
On the 11th, Attract stated, "We have recently received a notification from the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul that the embezzlement case filed by the three former members of Fifty Fifty has been dismissed (no charges)."
Previously, former Fifty Fifty members Saena, Sio, and Aran filed a complaint through their legal representative on August 17 of last year, accusing CEO Jeon Hong-jun of embezzlement at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.
An Attract representative said, "The company's policy is to hold accountable the tampering forces who misled the members, who did not fully understand the principles of corporate fund accounting, and even incited them to file the complaint."
Attract is currently in the process of selecting new members for Fifty Fifty. It is known that they are preparing for a comeback around June to July.
