On the 9th, a post titled "A baby came alone next to me at the IU concert" was uploaded on an online community. The author, Mr. A, said, "A child who looked like an elementary school student gave me snacks and said, 'It's my first concert, so please take care of me,'" handing over the snacks. He enjoyed the concert with the young fan and said, "After the concert ended, I helped (the child) pack up and waited for the guardian to arrive, then said goodbye, 'It was fun. Get home safely,' and went home." When he returned home and opened the snack package, Mr. A found an unexpected letter. It was a handwritten letter by the young fan's mother, Ms. B.

Ms. B explained in the letter, "I am the mother of a young fan who came to IU's concert for the first time this time. Fortunately, we succeeded in ticketing, but since the concert tickets were limited to one seat per person, I had no choice but to send my child alone. There was a guardian who came along, but their seats were not close to the child, and I failed to get a ticket myself." She continued, "I was honestly very worried about whether it would be dangerous to send my child alone at such a young age and whether it would cause inconvenience to others. But seeing my daughter so happy because she loves IU so much, I couldn't bring myself to cancel."

Ms. B wrote, "I taught my child as much as possible about concert etiquette. However, since neither mom nor dad has ever been to a concert, I worry that my guidance might be insufficient. If my child unknowingly makes any mistakes, please do not be upset and kindly speak to her gently just once," she politely requested. She also asked for understanding, saying, "If my child made any mistakes, please forgive her with a generous heart as it was her first concert and she did not know better." She ended with a wish that "everyone has an enjoyable concert."

Mr. A posted photos of the letter and the snacks together, saying, "I've been to many concerts, but this is the first time I've received something like this. I was very touched." Netizens who shared the story responded with comments such as "So warm," "A good guardian," "It makes me feel good just seeing this," and "The child must have grown up under excellent parents, so she probably wouldn't cause any trouble."

IU held her 'IU H.E.R' performances for a total of four days from the 2nd to 3rd and 9th to 10th at KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul. This was IU's solo concert for the first time in about a year and a half since 2022. Starting in Seoul, she began the grand journey of her world tour concert 'H.E.R,' held in 18 cities worldwide. The Seoul, Yokohama (Japan), Taipei (Taiwan), Newark, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Rosemont, Oakland, Los Angeles (USA), and Jakarta (Indonesia) shows were all sold out. The second round of pre-sale for the Osaka (Japan) concert is ongoing until the 17th. Ticket sales for Singapore, Hong Kong, Manila (Philippines), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), London (UK), Berlin (Germany), and Bangkok (Thailand) will be conducted later.
