DL Construction Launches Leasing of Knowledge Industry Center 'Digital Empire Pyeongchon Biz Valley'

DL Construction announced on the 12th that it will lease the knowledge industry center 'Digital Empire Pyeongchon Biz Valley' being built in 533-1 Hogye-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Digital Empire Pyeongchon Biz Valley, located on the site of the former Anyang LG Research Center, will be constructed with 4 basement floors and up to 18 floors above ground, covering a total floor area of 99,168㎡.

Geumjeong Station, accessible via Subway Lines 1 and 4 as well as the future GTX (Great Train Express) C Line (planned), is within walking distance. Using Line 1, it is easy to travel to Suwon, Pyeongtaek, and downtown Seoul. Line 4 provides convenient access to Ansan, Government Complex Gwacheon, and Chungmuro. The GTX C Line, which began construction in January, is scheduled to open in 2028. The Indeogwon-Dongtan double-track railway Hogye Station (planned, tentative name) will also be available.
