Audi Korea announced on the 11th that it will introduce the 'Audi Chatbot' service, which provides 24-hour customer inquiry response and easy consultation.
Audi prepared this service considering the changes in service access and usage patterns of customers familiar with mobile devices. This will enhance customer convenience while allowing Audi to respond more effectively to simple information-related inquiries.
Service users can easily check various information such as Audi vehicle details, showroom and service center information, vehicle warning light guidance, and how to use in-vehicle functions. This service is available through the official Audi Korea website and the My Audi World app.
In addition, Audi Korea operates various after-sales services (A/S). Owners who purchase 2024 model year vehicles will receive a free consumable maintenance coupon CSP (Car Service Plus), as well as six one-way pickup and delivery services over three years.
Audi Korea provides various notification services to enhance customer satisfaction with A/S services. These include the Audi Direct Call service, which allows customers to make vehicle inspection and service reservations through the customer support center; advance expiration notifications sent via text before the usage period of the Extended Service Package (ESP) and CSP expires; and repair status notification service, which sends text updates on the repair progress of vehicles brought in for professional and systematic maintenance and repair processes.
