Research Fellow Eunhyung Lee Appointed as Member of Seoul Metropolitan Construction Technology Deliberation Committee

Research Fellow Eunhyung Lee of the Korea Construction Policy Research Institute has been appointed as a member of the '18th Construction Technology Deliberation Committee of Seoul Special City.' Her area of expertise is 'contract management,' and her term lasts until February 2026.


Seoul City recently disclosed the list of the Construction Technology Deliberation Committee members, including Research Fellow Lee. The Disaster and Safety Management Office of the city selected a total of 228 members (172 new members) after three rounds of screening. The committee reviews the design feasibility, structural safety, and appropriateness of construction execution for construction projects carried out by the city, its affiliated organizations, and autonomous districts.


Research Fellow Lee has served as the Honorary Subcontracting Ombudsman of Seoul City, a member of the Construction Technology Deliberation Committees of Busan Metropolitan City and Jeju Province, and a member of the Technical Advisory Committees of the Seoul and Daejeon Regional Land Management Offices. She has also been active in architectural committees in seven local governments and autonomous districts including Chungbuk Provincial Office, Anyang City, Uiwang City, and Seoul, as well as in landscape committees in 12 local governments including Gyeonggi Province, broadly engaging in architecture, landscape, urban planning, and transportation-related fields.


Additionally, she has held numerous investment review and advisory positions at national and local public enterprises such as Busan Urban Corporation, Gyeonggi Urban Corporation, Gangwon Development Corporation, Jeonnam Development Corporation, Siheung Urban Corporation, Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, Gunpo Urban Corporation, Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO), Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL), Korea Rail Network Authority (currently National Railroad Authority), and Korea Mine Reclamation Corporation (currently Korea Mine Reclamation and Mining Corporation).
