He continued, "You have been doing this for a year, and if you leave dog poop without cleaning it up just one more time, I will spread rat poison in the alley," emphasizing, "If caught, it won't be taken lightly. I will spread the word around the neighborhood and reveal which dog it is." Mr. A also warned, "Clean up the dog poop. I have endured this for a year. As a dog owner, have at least basic decency," and added, "Your dog is only cute in your eyes. To the people in the alley, it is just a poop-producing machine. This is the final warning. If I see dog poop, I will set rat poison."

Netizens who sympathized with Mr. A responded with comments such as, "Cleaning up dog poop is basic etiquette," "It's impressive that he endured it for a year," and "We need to set an example for rude people." On the other hand, some reacted with comments like, "What crime did the dog commit?" and "Killing a dog as an outlet for anger is animal abuse."
Leaving pet excrement unattended in public places can result in a fine. According to Article 16 of the Animal Protection Act, a fine of up to 500,000 KRW can be imposed if excrement is not cleaned up.
