Document Submission Deadline Until the 17th
Global fashion ODM company Hansae Co., Ltd. announced on the 6th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees for the first half of 2024 until the 17th.
The open recruitment targets are graduates of four-year universities in Korea and abroad, those expected to graduate by August 2024, and foreigners.
The recruitment fields are ▲Export Department (Overseas Sales) ▲General Management (Logistics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) ▲R&D (Technical Designer, Fashion Designer, Graphic Designer, 3D Specialist) ▲Foreigners (Overseas Sales). Applicants can apply for the Export and General Management departments regardless of their major. For the Foreigners category, applicants must be foreigners who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a four-year university or graduate school in Korea.
For the Export and General Management departments, proficiency in a second language such as Vietnamese, Myanmar language, Mine language, Spanish, or Japanese is preferred. For the R&D department, preference is given to those majoring in fashion-related fields, those with internship experience, those proficient in related programs, and those fluent in English; a portfolio must be brought to the interview. For the Foreigners category, applicants must be able to obtain a visa for working in Korea and communicate smoothly in Korean.
The common mandatory qualification is to possess an official English language proficiency score within two years as of the application deadline. Graduates from English-speaking universities are exempt from this requirement. Additionally, applicants must have no disqualifications for overseas business trips and overseas work, and must be able to join in May of this year.
Applications can be submitted through the official Hansae Co., Ltd. website by 23:59 on the 17th of this month. The recruitment process proceeds in the order of document screening, aptitude test, first and second interviews, and foreign language interview, followed by a medical checkup and final interview to determine the final acceptance. New hires will undergo a six-month internship period, after which only those with excellent evaluations will be converted to full-time employees. Last year, the conversion rate of new employees to full-time was 94%.
