The funeral of Russian anti-government activist Alexei Navalny, who died in prison, was held on the 1st, while the Kremlin stated on the 4th (local time) that it "has nothing more to say."
Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, responded to requests for comments on Navalny's funeral by saying, "As you know, we have not said much on this subject," and added, "We believe there is nothing more to say on this matter."

Navalny suddenly died on the 16th of last month while serving a sentence in a Siberian prison on charges including extremism. His funeral was held on the 1st at a church on the outskirts of southeastern Moscow, drawing thousands of mourners.
Navalny's wife, Yulia Navalnaya, along with his colleagues and Western leaders, claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin was involved in Navalny's death. It is known that before Navalny's death, President Putin did not even mention his name, referring to him only as "that person" or "that blogger."
However, the Kremlin has dismissed such allegations as "absurd." It also warned that it would respond if illegal protests arise following Navalny's death.
