Hong Nampyo, Changwon Special City Mayor, Holds March Regular Assembly to Communicate with Employees.
Since last May, when Mayor Hong had a communication session with the MZ generation, and in July with employees of affiliated organizations and business offices, the first regular meeting of this year allowed district office and eup/myeon/dong employees to freely share episodes and suggestions.
Starting with stories from the Environment Department employees of Uichang District, the district office and eup/myeon/dong employees shared various experiences they encountered while working and had time to ask questions they were curious about to the mayor.
Also, among the attendees of the regular meeting, newly appointed public officials this year, Jeong Su-ung (Uichang District Pallyong-dong) and Park Sang-woo (Jinhae District Culture and Hygiene Division), presented their impressions after two months of public service, receiving much encouragement from senior public officials.
During the promotion time for workplace clubs, which had slowed down after COVID-19, Jo Seong-hwan, president of the "Walking Tour," a club that pursues health improvement and friendship through walking (Seongsan Fire Station Sinwol 119 Safety Center), introduced the main activities of the club and plans for 2024. Kim Mi-ran, general manager of the "Changwon Love Public Officials Family Volunteer Group," which creates a beautiful world through volunteer activities (Jinhae District Ungdong 2-dong), introduced the volunteer group’s activities.
Mayor Hong urged, "I hope that district office and eup/myeon/dong employees will also unite their efforts to accelerate the innovative growth transformation toward the next 50 years of Changwon Special City by focusing on discovering essential, life-oriented projects for citizens and promoting work based on laws and principles."
