Webtoon AI Startup RealDraw Receives Additional Investment from Spring Camp

In-House Developed AI Webtoon Production Technology
High-Quality Webtoons Scheduled for Release This Year

RealDraw, an AI-based webtoon production startup, announced on the 4th that it has secured additional pre-Series A investment from Spring Camp. This additional investment comes just two months after successfully raising 2.2 billion KRW in pre-Series A funding led by Altos Ventures. With Spring Camp's additional investment, the pre-Series A round has been completed.

RealDraw is a company that enables the production of large-scale, high-quality webtoons, which are challenging for creators to produce, by utilizing AI. It was founded in June last year by CEO Choi Sang-gyu, who previously led the webtoon business at Watcha. The team includes professional personnel such as art directors and technical leaders with experience in webtoon and game production from companies like Watcha and NCSoft.

Having successfully closed the pre-Series A round, RealDraw plans to officially launch webtoons this year using its self-developed AI webtoon production technology. The company intends to focus on producing large-scale works based on AI and 3D technology, including remakes of past hits and verified intellectual property (IP).
