At the founding convention, resolutions are expected on the adoption of the official party name proposed as 'Together Democratic Alliance,' the establishment of the party platform and constitution, and the election of the party leader.

The leadership will operate under a dual co-representative system, with Democratic Party lawmaker Yoon Young-deok and Baek Seung-ah, chief deputy chairperson of the Elementary School Teachers' Union and a recruited talent of the Democratic Party, recommended as co-representative candidates. They are expected to be appointed as co-representatives by acclamation.

The founding convention will be attended by Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party, Yong Hye-in, leader of the New Progressive Alliance, Yoon Hee-sook, standing representative of the Progressive Party, and Im Heon-young, director of the Institute for Korean Historical Issues representing civil society, who will deliver congratulatory speeches.

Previously, the Democratic Reform Progressive Alliance agreed to place a total of 30 candidates for proportional representation. The New Progressive Alliance and the Progressive Party will each nominate 3 candidates, and the United Political Civic Council, representing civil society, will nominate 4 'people's recommendation' candidates. The Democratic Party will fill the remaining 20 candidates.
