Cold weather continues with low temperatures and chilly winds.
On the morning of the 2nd, the lowest temperature is forecasted to be between -4.6 and 3.6℃, and the highest temperature during the day is expected to be between 7.1 and 11.9℃.

The entire country will gradually become cloudy, with rain or snow expected in Jeju Island in the morning, and less than 0.1 cm of snow flurries expected along the southern Chungnam west coast and northern Jeonbuk west coast.
From late afternoon to evening, rain or snow is expected temporarily in Seoul, Incheon, and the southwestern part of Gyeonggi Province.
Tomorrow, the whole country will be mostly cloudy but will gradually clear up from the morning.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -6 and 5℃, and the daytime high temperature between 5 and 12℃. Temperatures will rise by about 2 to 5℃ compared to the 2nd, becoming similar to the usual seasonal levels.
Due to residual fine dust and additional inflow of foreign fine dust, fine dust concentrations in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong, Honam, Yeongnam, and Jeju regions are expected to be 'bad', while other regions will be at 'moderate' levels. Gangwon Yeongdong is expected to have 'bad' levels at night.
In northern inland Gyeongbuk and Ulleungdo and Dokdo, 1 to 3 cm of snow and less than 5 mm of rain are expected.
In Daejeon, Sejong, southern inland Chungnam, southern Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, southwestern inland Gyeongbuk, and northwestern inland Gyeongnam, around 1 cm of snow is expected. These areas are also forecasted to receive about 1 mm of rain.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 m in the East Sea and West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 m in the South Sea coastal waters.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 4.0 m in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 m in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 m in the South Sea.
The Korea Meteorological Administration warned, "Icy roads and black ice may appear in areas where rain or snow falls," urging caution.
