Alongside this, it is making new attempts to prove to customers the reality of a high-end life where premium residential value can be truly enjoyed within THE H complexes.


On the 21st, the THE H brand film released on THE H's official YouTube channel recorded 5.16 million views as of the 28th, just one week later. This is the highest number of views among housing brand YouTube videos and was achieved in the shortest time. It had already garnered 1.65 million views within two days of release, foreshadowing this explosive response. This high level of consumer interest is interpreted as reflecting customers' enthusiasm for the THE H brand and their desire for a high-end lifestyle.


The THE H brand film was shot in actual THE H complexes where residents live, earning strong positive reactions from consumers. It captured the brand philosophy of ‘the one and only perfection’ and the core values of ‘unique rarity,’ ‘independent convenience,’ and ‘artistic aesthetics’ against the backdrop of five THE H complexes already occupied. Rather than being a mere slogan, it allowed viewers to directly see the differentiated living experience that THE H customers are already enjoying, which received favorable reviews.


Customers who watched the brand film responded well because it allowed them to visually confirm THE H’s value of turning everyday experiences into inspiration and emotion in life. Through this video, THE H’s goal was clearly established as not just a physical residential space but as establishing a new residential culture that enables residents to experience a high-end lifestyle.


On the 26th, THE H held a non-designated subscription for ‘THE H Firstier I-Park,’ its most recently completed complex. An astonishing 1.01 million people applied, setting the record for the highest number of applicants in a non-designated subscription. This subscription targeted three units canceled from contracts at ‘THE H Firstier I-Park,’ a redevelopment of Gaepo Jugong 1 Complex, and there was early speculation of a ‘national subscription’ phenomenon due to expectations of owning a high-end lifestyle in Gangnam.


This new record is the result of a combination of three factors: the proven prime location of Gaepo, outstanding product quality that needs no explanation, and the residential and investment value of THE H verified by residents of previously occupied Gangnam THE H complexes.


‘THE H Firstier I-Park’ is designed with elementary and middle schools within the complex, allowing residents to enjoy both prestigious school districts and academy areas. It also offers optimal residential standards with easy access to jobs in downtown Gangnam and comprehensive living infrastructure.


Additionally, it boasts the country’s largest community facilities spanning over 10,000 pyeong, including the first-ever ‘10-lane swimming pool’ applied to an apartment complex, earning it the nickname ‘the ultimate community.’ These unprecedented community facilities set a new standard for high-end apartments and have become exemplary cases that other complexes follow. Furthermore, it features various floor plans, iconic exteriors and lighting, and specialized landscaping that brings new vitality and inspiration to life. Constructed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction with excellent technical skills, it has established itself as a top-tier residential complex in Korea just four months after residents moved in.


Following the positive response to the brand film, Hyundai Engineering & Construction continues to pursue new initiatives. On the 28th, a tour video introducing ‘THE H Firstier I-Park’ by Kim Chanyong, an exhibition docent known as the ‘No.1 full-time docent’ and ‘idol of the docent world,’ was released on THE H YouTube channel.


This is the industry’s first attempt at having an exhibition docent personally explain an apartment complex. A docent is an expert who helps visitors understand artworks and explains the artistic goals intended by the artist in an easy-to-understand manner, typically encountered during scheduled tours at art museums. Residents have responded that ‘THE H Firstier I-Park’ is so aesthetically complete that the entire complex feels like walking through an exhibition hall. Kim Chanyong, who led the tour, reportedly deeply resonated with the aesthetic value of THE H residential complexes.


In this video, Kim Chanyong tours the community facilities of ‘THE H Firstier I-Park,’ explaining that the modern and sophisticated spatial aesthetics and artistic residential experience evoke world-class artists like Le Corbusier and David Hockney, as well as architectural master Tadao Ando. Moreover, the entrance and lounge of the community facilities feature details found in famous luxury hotels. The message conveyed is that a daily life filled with artistic experiences is possible at THE H.


Following the release of the community facilities video, videos about landscaping and exterior design will also be released on THE H YouTube channel. Consumers are already showing great interest in what the landscaping and iconic exterior of ‘THE H Firstier I-Park’ look like and the artistic value they hold.


A Hyundai Engineering & Construction official stated, “We were able to confirm the high level of consumer interest in THE H, which sets the standard for high-end residential brands, through the video release and the non-designated subscription. To repay this interest and affection, we will do our best to expand the horizon of high-end residential living by providing luxury residential complexes that satisfy consumers in upcoming THE H complexes in Banpo, Bangbae, Hannam, and others.” He added, “We will also actively introduce various new attempts to deliver the high-end life enjoyed by THE H customers to many more people.”
