Winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 13. The official contract period will be held for three days from Monday, March 25 to Wednesday, March 27.
Geumjeong-gu, where the complex is located, is a traditional residential area in Busan, and is expected to be reborn as a new residential town with the acceleration of large-scale residential redevelopment projects. Leading the way is the Seogeumsa Redevelopment A, 5, and 6 districts (9,791 households planned), followed by Bugok 2 Redevelopment, Guseo, Namsan, Cheongnyong reconstruction, and street housing maintenance projects currently underway. Upon completion, a large-scale residential town of about 19,000 households will be created, significantly improving residential infrastructure.
In particular, nearby developments such as Centum Technovillage and Centum 2 District Urban High-tech Industrial Complex, which will drive Busan's economy, are underway, so an increase in area value and synergy effects are also expected.
The Sharp Geumjeong Weverse City is a station-area complex within a 7-minute walk to Jangjeon Station on Line 1. From Jangjeon Station, it takes 10 stops to Seomyeon Station and 5 stops to Nopo Station, where the Busan Central Terminal is located, using Line 1. Whether by car or public transportation, residents can access the Guseo IC nearby to enter the Gyeongbu Expressway, and quickly travel anywhere inside or outside Busan via Jungang-daero, Yunsan Tunnel, and Sanseong Tunnel, which run through Busan.
It also boasts an excellent educational environment. Bugok Elementary School is within walking distance, ensuring a safe commuting environment for young children, and prestigious school districts in Busan such as Geumyang Middle School, Dongnae Girls' Middle School, Dongnae Girls' High School, Busan National University High School, and Busan Arts High School are located nearby.
Geumjeong-gu Office, Geumsaem Library, Hanaro Mart, E-Mart, and NC Department Store are close by, providing a good environment for shopping and cultural activities. The natural environment, where residents can enjoy urban comfort, is also abundant. Upon exiting the complex, residents can immediately access Yunsan Ecological Forest and hiking trails to enjoy rest, leisure, and exercise.
The Sharp Geumjeong Weverse City will also apply differentiated specialized designs befitting the first The Sharp apartments introduced in Geumjeong-gu. Innovative floor plans with highly preferred space configurations such as 4Bay, dressing rooms, and alpha rooms will be applied. As a large complex, it will also feature abundant landscaping and various community facilities including a children's water playground, pet garden, Permata Garden, flower garden, golf practice range, book cafe (small library), and coin laundry.
Furthermore, the complex is valuable as it applies the benefits of Busan Metropolitan City's childbirth promotion policy, the 'Ai·Mom Busan Plan.' The 'Ai·Mom Busan Plan' is a policy that offers a 5% discount on the supply price at the final payment stage for some households among multi-child and newlywed special supply units. In this complex, the plan will apply to a total of 250 households, including 150 multi-child special supply units and 100 newlywed special supply units, attracting significant interest from real buyers preparing to own homes in Busan.
A sales official stated, "The Sharp Geumjeong Weverse City is a place where you can enjoy excellent school districts, a pleasant natural environment, and fast transportation networks all close by in Geumjeong-gu, which is being remodeled as a new residential town. In addition, with the first The Sharp premium in Geumjeong-gu added, we plan to enhance product completeness, and we expect it to become a landmark complex representing the area."
