[Click eStock] "Hunezion to Break Record High Performance This Year"

The Korea IR Association Corporate Research Center announced on the 28th that Hunezion has recorded its highest performance every year since its listing and is expected to break its record again this year.

Researchers Saerom Lee and Nayeon Lee of the Korea IR Association estimated that Hunezion will achieve sales of 42.1 billion KRW and operating profit of 5.6 billion KRW this year, representing increases of 17% and 21%, respectively, compared to the previous year.

Researcher Lee explained, "Along with steady growth in network linkage solutions, there is also high growth in cloud security and services," adding, "The diversification of the solution lineup is accompanied by growth in maintenance sales, a service with a high profit contribution, which is also positive."

He continued, "The proportion of services relative to the overall scale is expected to reach the high 20% range this year, transforming the sales structure into one that can expand the operating leverage effect in the future."

Hunezion has ranked first in network linkage solution sales for nine consecutive years until last year. Researcher Lee stated, "It is strengthening its position as the undisputed number one player in the domestic market," and added, "Although cost increases are inevitable ahead of the completion of the new headquarters building in June, the improvement in the sales mix due to the rising proportion of profitable service sales will partially offset the cost burden, making a slight improvement in profitability compared to the previous year also possible."
