Selected as No.1 Without a Single Exception Since Evaluation Introduction
Weekend Care Center and Self-Repair Services Introduced
Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 27th that it was selected as the No. 1 in the service center category in the '2024 Most Admired Companies in Korea' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting.

Since the introduction of the service center category in 2012, Samsung Electronics Service has ranked first for 13 consecutive years in this survey.
In this year's survey, Samsung Electronics Service received the highest scores in the industry across all 12 evaluation criteria, including service quality, customer satisfaction activities, service reliability and customer preference, innovation for adapting to change, and talent development.
Samsung Electronics Service was the first in the industry to introduce the 'Weekend Care Center,' expanding mobile phone inspection services, which were previously available only on weekdays, to weekends as well. Contact center phone and chat consultations are also provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, eliminating restrictions on service usage.
