The Sinan-gun Dream Start school bag support project aims to reduce the financial burden on vulnerable families by providing school bags to children under case management who are about to enter or graduate from elementary school, and to support the children's studies and dreams in their new environment.

A guardian of a Dream Start child said, "My child needs a school bag to go to school, but I was worried about what to do because school bags are expensive," adding, "Thanks to the timely support of school bags from Dream Start, my worries have been greatly eased."

Governor Park Woo-ryang said, "I hope this support will be a small help to the school life of children from vulnerable groups, and we will continue to strive to improve children's education and welfare."

Dream Start beneficiaries in Sinan-gun are vulnerable children aged 12 or younger (elementary school students or younger) residing in Sinan-gun, and various programs are conducted in areas such as physical and health, cognitive and language, emotional and behavioral, and parent and family to support the holistic development of children.
