On the 25th, a post titled "I experienced unwanted touching at a hair salon" was uploaded on an online community. The author, A, began by saying, "When I went to the hair salon, the male employee clearly pressed on my chest in a way that made me feel uncomfortable while washing my hair."

A said, "Feeling uncomfortable, I demanded an apology the next day," adding, "I wanted to speak directly to the person involved, but he was not at work, so another designer said they would contact me. However, the person who contacted me was not the employee but the owner." She continued, "The owner said they could not show the CCTV and insisted that the male staff did not behave that way," and expressed frustration, saying, "The owner was not even present at the time but insisted on handling it legally."

In text messages exchanged with A, the hair salon owner responded, "After confirming with the employee on the day of the call, I received a reply that there was no touching," and added, "You can check the CCTV with the police present. Please do not contact me personally anymore and handle this legally." The salon also deleted the review left by A. A said, "The salon filed a rights infringement claim on the review I left, so it was deleted," and added, "I don't understand the very reason for the review's existence. They really seem like a malicious business owner."

In response, A said, "I wanted to receive an apology and quietly resolve this, but I am angry at the owner's attitude of 'handle it legally,'" and asked for advice, saying, "The owner insists that the CCTV can only be viewed with the police present, but I want to ask if I can see it directly without the police. Also, I wonder if immediately filing a sexual harassment complaint is the right answer." She added, "They also cut my hair strangely, and experiencing such an unpleasant incident makes it very difficult," and said, "When I asked for the employee's name, they told me to file the complaint against an unidentified person."

Netizens who read the story responded with comments such as, "You should have said 'Don't touch me' right then and there," "If the content is true, it would be best to file a complaint quickly. There are many cases where CCTV footage is deleted," and "It must have been a really unpleasant experience."

On the other hand, some netizens commented, "I don't understand why the complaint was made the next day," "They say the CCTV will be disclosed with the police present, so what's the problem?" and "Since the owner is confident despite the CCTV, I think both sides' stories need to be heard."
