[Click eStock] "OpenAI Introduces 'Memory' Feature... 3 Promising Stocks"

ResearchAlum analyzed on the 26th that the performance improvement of AI counselors using large language models (LLM) is expected in the near future, highlighting the need to pay attention to Conan Technology, KTis, and BridgeTec.


Choi Seonghwan, a researcher at ResearchAlum, explained, "OpenAI is testing the integration of a 'memory' function in ChatGPT," adding, "When customers activate this feature, the AI remembers the content discussed in the chat and provides responses reflecting that in subsequent conversations."


He continued, "Through AI that understands occupations, preferences, and family relationships, users can receive more sophisticated and personalized answers," and added, "ChatGPT with the memory function essentially has 'my own AI brain.'"


He emphasized, "Artificial Intelligence Contact Centers (AICC) have rapidly emerged as a future strategic industry for telecommunications companies," and stated, "It will grow quickly due to increased corporate investments aimed at improving service quality."


Researcher Choi introduced, "Conan Technology has established business models such as AI-based multimodal search, text analysis, and AICC," and noted, "They are improving AI counselor performance." He added, "In August last year, they unveiled ConanLLM, the highest-level proprietary AI model in Korea," and emphasized, "On the 29th of last month, they signed a business agreement with SK Telecom in the AICC sector and are actively expanding their business."


He also analyzed, "KTis introduced AICC solutions in September 2022 to enhance productivity," and said, "They are increasing efficiency by utilizing voice bots and assist bots." Furthermore, he emphasized, "BridgeTec, an AICC construction company, provides subscription-based cloud infrastructure and maintenance services," adding, "In December 2022, through business cooperation with KT, they developed the AICC service 'Aisen Cloud,' which supports call infrastructure, counseling assistants, and AI solutions."
