Korea Manhwa Contents Agency Announces Recruitment for New Tenants in Business Center and Creative Studio

17 Business Center Rooms and 2 Creative Studio Rooms

The Korea Manhwa Contents Agency (President Shin Jong-chul), which operates the Business Center and Bucheon Manhwa Creation Studio (hereinafter referred to as the Creation Studio), is recruiting new tenants.

These two facilities form Korea's representative manhwa cluster, where manhwa and webtoon creators, as well as companies and organizations related to cultural content, gather in one place. Through this recruitment, a total of 17 rooms at the Business Center (1 Gilju-ro, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do) will be available (10 for creators, 7 for companies), and 2 creator rooms at the Creation Studio (30 Bucheon-ro 136beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do) will be offered.

Tenants will be selected through an evaluation process, with move-in scheduled to begin in June. The Business Center allows a maximum stay of up to 10 years after an initial 2-year contract and subsequent extension evaluations. In contrast, the Creation Studio starts with a maximum 1 year and 3 months contract, and whether extensions will be allowed will be decided in 2025 and announced later.

Applications will be accepted online from March 11 to March 15 at 12:00 PM. New tenants will undergo document and interview evaluations simultaneously.
