On the 24th, the "2024 Love Uniform Sharing Market" was held in the multipurpose auditorium on the 2nd floor of Dongdaemun-gu Office in Seoul.

The market, held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., sold school uniforms from seven middle schools located in Dongdaemun-gu (Gyeonghui Middle School, Daekwang Middle School, Dongdaeboo Middle School, Sungin Middle School, Jeonil Middle School, Hwikyung Girls' Middle School, Hwikyung Middle School) and one high school (Gyeonghui High School).

The uniforms, donated by graduates and thoroughly cleaned, were available at affordable prices: jackets for 3,000 KRW and other items (pants, skirts, vests, shirts, etc.) for 2,000 KRW. Since 2013, this event has helped reduce the financial burden of purchasing uniforms for families with middle and high school students.

The proceeds from sales are donated to the Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) scholarship fund and are used as scholarships for local youth, including ▲academic excellence scholars ▲special talent scholars ▲low-income students ▲students from large families.
