Upload of Marriage-Related Q&A on YouTube Channel
On the 20th, Jo Min, the daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, who recently announced her engagement, revealed her plans for children through a video titled "Answered QnA with my fianc?" on her YouTube channel 'Jjominminchobae'.
In response to the question, "How many children do you want to have?" Jo said, "I will try having one child first to see how painful it is, and then decide." Her boyfriend said, "I want to have at least one or two children," but added, "Ultimately, Min's opinion is the most important."
The boyfriend described Jo as "someone whose appearance caught my eye, and after talking, I realized she is a deeper person than I thought," and admitted, "At first, I didn't even know who she was." He recalled, "When I told my parents that I was going to marry the daughter of former Minister Cho, they were very surprised but immediately liked her," and added, "When I first visited Min's parents, her father broke the ice first."
The couple revealed that they plan to go to Bali for their honeymoon.
Jo announced her engagement on her YouTube channel on the 30th of last month. She introduced her fianc? as "someone the same age whom I met in May last year and dated for about eight months. He is not related to politics and is not a public figure." She has also posted videos about the wedding preparations on YouTube. Jo, who said, "My fianc? is also a Catholic, so we decided to get married in a church," appears to have reserved the Familia Chapel at Myeongdong Cathedral for their wedding in the second half of this year.
Previously, Jo's medical license was revoked as of July 12 last year. After the conviction of her mother, former Dongyang University professor Jung Kyung-shim, for her involvement in Jo's college admission fraud, both Pusan National University and Korea University canceled Jo's admissions in April last year. Jo filed a lawsuit against this but lost in the first trial. Subsequently, she gave up on the appeal, confirming the cancellation of her admission to Pusan National University's medical school, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare completed the procedure to revoke her medical license.
