Conducted Twice Annually in the First and Second Halves Since 2022
Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Dong-hoon) participated in a blood donation campaign to practice regional coexistence as a local corporation.
On the 22nd, Gwangju Shinsegae held the 2024 first half Love Blood Donation Campaign targeting employees and customers from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the back entrance on the first floor of the main building.
In particular, to help address the blood shortage issue, Gwangju Shinsegae encouraged participation by providing all participants with a 10,000 KRW coupon for Gungjeon Bakery, in addition to the souvenirs offered by the Korean Red Cross.
This blood donation campaign is one of the events Gwangju Shinsegae is conducting with the goal of regional coexistence, held twice annually in the first and second halves of the year since 2022.
CEO Lee Dong-hoon said, “We will continue the blood donation campaign so that not only employees but also customers can consistently participate in blood donation,” adding, “We hope that Gwangju Shinsegae’s blood donation campaign can be a small help to those struggling due to blood shortages.”
