Bando Construction will open the model house for 'Gyeonghuigung Ubora' from the 23rd and begin sales next month.
Gyeonghuigung Ubora is a housing redevelopment project in Yeongcheon District, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, located at 69-20 Yeongcheon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. It consists of two buildings with 5 basement floors and 23 above-ground floors, comprising 199 apartment units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 143㎡ and 116 officetel units with exclusive areas from 21 to 55㎡.
Among these, 108 apartment units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡ and 11 officetel units sized 21 to 22㎡ will be available for general sale. The number of units available for general sale by housing type is ▲59㎡ exclusive 42 units ▲84㎡A exclusive 3 units ▲84㎡B exclusive 50 units ▲84㎡C exclusive 13 units. Some units are designed with a 4-bay layout to enhance space utilization, focusing mainly on the small-to-medium-sized types of 59㎡ and 84㎡, which are preferred by actual residents.
The sale price ranges from 1,025,750,000 KRW to 1,048,750,000 KRW for the 59㎡ units and from 1,330,750,000 KRW to 1,348,750,000 KRW for the 84㎡ units.
The subscription schedule for Gyeonghuigung Ubora starts with special supply on March 4, followed by first priority applications on March 5 and second priority on March 6. The announcement of winners will be on March 12, and the official contract signing will take place from March 25 to 27. First priority subscription eligibility requires a subscription savings account membership of at least 12 months, meeting the deposit requirements by region and area, and applicants must be at least 19 years old residents of the metropolitan area (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi). Multi-homeowners and household members can also apply, and there is no restriction on re-winning. The resale restriction period is one year. Move-in is scheduled for July 2026.
Officetel applications will be accepted on March 4. The announcement of winners will be on March 8, and the official contract signing will be on March 11. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of subscription savings account or residence area. The application deposit is 1,000,000 KRW, and one unit per person can be applied for. No resale restrictions apply.
Gyeonghuigung Ubora is located in the heart of Seoul, offering excellent living infrastructure. It is a double station area within walking distance of Dongnimmun Station on Subway Line 3 and Seodaemun Station on Line 5.
