Happy Success, a non-profit organization sponsored by Hunet, announced on the 22nd that it is recruiting the 15th class for the free CEO program, "Happy Management University."
Eligibility requirements include CEOs of companies established for more than 3 years with at least 30 employees. However, CEOs of startups and venture companies with a strong will to practice happy management can apply for special consideration even if they do not meet the qualifications. The application deadline is March 17, and approximately 100 candidates will be selected through document screening.
The program will begin with an entrance ceremony on April 1 and will run for three months, held every Monday both online and offline simultaneously. The tuition is completely free. Weekly offline special lectures can also be attended online via live streaming. Additionally, employee training will be provided to the CEOs' affiliated companies.
The 15th class will feature lectures by ▲ Lee Geum-ryong, Chairman of Coglo.com (Change and Innovation for Sustainable Growth) ▲ Yoon Eun-gi, Chairman of the Korea Collaboration Promotion Association (The Era of Initials and Initial Risks) ▲ Yoon Dong-han, Chairman of Korea Kolmar (Organic Management) ▲ Yoon Jong-rok, Former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (The Era of Data Exploration, Let’s Cultivate Soft Power) ▲ Jo Young-tak, CEO of Hunet (Happy Management & Happy Leadership), among others.
"Happy Management University" is a free CEO program created by Hunet to spread "Happy Management." Since its inception in 2016, over 730 CEOs from various companies have completed the program and introduced happy management systems in their organizations. Books featuring success stories of alumni companies, "Small Success" (2022) and "Secrets of Successful Small Giants" (2023), have been published.
Meanwhile, experts who can provide consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises are also being recruited. Experts in tax/accounting, HR/labor, marketing/public relations, and legal fields are eligible to apply, and the consulting group will receive the same benefits as the enrolled students.
