Hana Financial Group has newly established its talent ideal within the group, embodying the vision and the meaning of ‘win-win finance.’ On the 22nd, Hana Financial Group announced that following the group’s new future direction set last December, titled ‘New Hana, Everyone’s Happiness, Dreaming of the Future,’ which pursues coexistence with the social community under the vision of ‘Finance Connected as One,’ it has established a new talent ideal based on warmth, courage, and motivation.

This talent ideal reflects the existing mission, vision, core values, and employees’ voices, incorporating intuitive as well as character-driven elements. Hana Financial explained that it was established on the foundation of coexistence with all stakeholders, aiming to provide the best value to customers and create new and positive impacts on society.

The most emphasized aspect of the new talent ideal is ‘warmth.’ Internally, it is the keyword of ‘One Team,’ based on character, respect, consideration, and humanity. It embodies the warm heart of Hana members who sincerely prioritize customers above all. The second, ‘courage,’ is the mindset to faithfully and proactively execute change and innovation. ‘Motivation’ goes beyond simple self-development incentives, meaning immersion in work, feeling a sense of accomplishment, and growing.
