The Chosun University University Job Plus Center recently held a 'Mentoring Session with Current Public Officials and Public Institution Employees,' which concluded successfully.
According to Chosun University on the 21st, the special lecture held in January invited current employees working as fire service officers, police officers, at the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, and the Korea Power Exchange, providing Chosun University students with information and processes related to recruitment.
This session was promoted to help students explore career paths through seniors who have secured employment, and based on that, to provide comprehensive support for career planning and enhancing employment capabilities.
The lectures, conducted over four days for two hours each, offered students the opportunity to design their own employment plans and determine the direction of their job search. The Q&A sessions with seniors provided specific work procedures and the latest information from the field.
Through this, it is expected that students will be able to share concerns and communicate with current employees, resolving various questions they have and establishing concrete employment strategies.
Kim Jae-hong, Director of the University Job Plus Center at Chosun University, stated, "Through current employees who are seniors of Chosun University, we will actively support career and employment support programs by providing students with the information they truly need."
