New Launch with Relaxed Enrollment Conditions and Increased Benefits
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 21st that it has launched and is selling the ‘Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account’ to help young people purchase homes and build assets.
The Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account is a newly launched financial product that relaxes the subscription conditions and increases benefits compared to the existing ‘Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account,’ allowing deposits of up to 1 million KRW per month.
Benefits include a preferential interest rate of 1.7% upon meeting conditions, tax exemption eligibility, and the option to apply for income deduction.
The subscription target is non-homeowners aged 19 to 34 with a reported income of 50 million KRW or less in the previous year.
Existing subscribers of the Youth Preferential Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account will be automatically and collectively converted to subscribers of the Youth Housing Dream Subscription Savings Account.
