LX Hausys Participates in Korea Build Week, the Largest Domestic Architecture Expo

Model House Space and Over 20 Consultation Booths Ma

LX Hausys participated in the domestic leading construction expo, ‘2024 Korea Build Week (KINTEX),’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do from the 21st to the 24th, targeting interior demand for spring moving, newlyweds, and the new school semester.

‘Korea Build Week’ is a construction, architecture, and interior specialized expo that started as the ‘KyungHyung Housing Fair’ in 1986, renamed in 2019, and has continued for 38 years. This year, about 800 related companies participated.

LX Hausys has participated in ‘Korea Build Week’ for three consecutive years since 2022, with a strategy to actively target remodeling demand during the peak spring interior season.

At this expo, LX Hausys set up a large-scale exhibition hall including a model house exhibition space composed of popular products such as windows, interior doors, flooring, wall materials, kitchens, and baths, as well as more than 20 consultation booths.

At the consultation booths, about 40 interior experts from dealerships affiliated with the ‘LX Hausys G-In Square’ showroom in the metropolitan area are stationed to provide 1:1 consultations, recommending interiors tailored to customers’ lifestyles. Customers can tour the model house space and receive consultations on products of interest on-site.

During the ‘Korea Build Week,’ LX Hausys offers up to a 15% discount and additional gifts such as kitchenware to customers who visit the exhibition hall, receive consultations, and sign contracts for interior construction.

An LX Hausys official stated, “The spring season is the peak period for interior remodeling demand throughout the year, coinciding with moving, newlyweds, and the new school semester. We will actively pursue new customer acquisition by offering aggressive discount benefits.”
