Through this agreement, Doya F&B will expand to all franchise businesses, introducing the serving robot 'VD Robot' and table ordering 'VD Menu' to 340 nationwide franchise stores including Doya Jjambbong, Doya Jokbal, and Doya Gukbap, as well as stores scheduled to open.
Ham Pan-sik, CEO of VD Company, said, “With high inflation, minimum wage increases, and labor shortages overlapping, store automation solutions are becoming an indispensable and important solution in the domestic food service industry,” adding, “Based on VD Company's store automation solutions, we hope to achieve improved store operation efficiency and cost reduction not only for Doya F&B but also for many food service businesses.”
