Dongwon Development to Launch 'Naengjeong Station Vista Dongwon' Apartment on Flat Land in February

Dongwon Development announced that it will launch sales of 'Naengjeong Station Vista Dongwon' in February, located in the ultra-station area near Naengjeong Station in Busan. It is expected to attract significant interest from buyers as a rare flatland apartment in Busan.


In fact, Busan is mostly mountainous, making flatland apartments highly scarce. According to data from the Korea Forest Service, Busan's total area is 769.89 km², of which 347.15 km² is mountainous terrain. This means that 45% of the area is mountainous.


Industry insiders stated, "Flatland apartments offer good accessibility, excellent sunlight exposure, and great views," adding, "Due to Busan's geographical characteristics, flatland apartments are scarce and highly preferred by local residents."


Naengjeong Station Vista Dongwon will be developed in Jurye-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan, consisting of three buildings with 2 basement floors and 20 above-ground floors, totaling 120 units with exclusive areas ranging from 76 to 84㎡. By unit size, there are △40 units of 76㎡ and △80 units of 84㎡. A second phase of 146 units is planned for sale in 2025. As the apartment is built on flat land, all units enjoy excellent sunlight and views. Residents can enjoy unobstructed views of Eomgwangsan Mountain and the cityscape. Furthermore, the design mainly features 4BAY slab-type layouts, providing excellent natural lighting, cross ventilation, and efficient space utilization.


Naengjeong Station Vista Dongwon is located within a one-minute walk from Naengjeong Station on Line 2, placing it in an ultra-station area. Additionally, the complex is close to Gaya-daero, Dongseo Overpass, and Baekyang Tunnel, allowing quick access to anywhere inside and outside Busan city.


The living infrastructure is also abundant. It takes only about 9 minutes to reach Seomyeon Lotte Department Store, allowing residents to enjoy the Seomyeon lifestyle zone. Moreover, medical facilities such as Inje University Paik Hospital, Good Samseon Hospital, and Busan Veterans Hospital are nearby, providing convenient healthcare. The central commercial facilities clustered near the university area are also easily accessible. These developments are likely to increase local residents' interest.


Additionally, the complex is being constructed with a pre-construction, post-sale method, with move-in expected around March 2025. This allows residents to move in faster than pre-sale apartments and carefully check the complex layout and features.
