Expansion and Relocation of Jungnang-gu Sinnae 2-dong Community Center

Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) held the opening ceremony for the relocation of the Sinnae 2-dong Community Service Center at 6 p.m. on the 19th.

The community service center, which was previously located on the 3rd floor of the old Sinnae 2-dong mixed-use building, had accessibility issues that caused inconvenience for residents. In response, the district newly established the mixed-use building as the Jungnang-gu Office Annex 2 and relocated the community service center to the 1st floor of the building to enhance convenience for residents.

The community service center now has a total floor area of 720.3㎡, which is 111㎡ larger than before, and includes a civil service office, consultation rooms, and administrative offices. The residents' autonomy committee office and the large conference room remain on the 3rd floor.

By separating the civil service space from other functional areas, the center can focus more on responding to residents' civil affairs.

Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi stated, “The Sinnae 2-dong Community Service Center has been newly opened with improved comfort so that residents can easily and conveniently visit. We will strive to provide enhanced administrative and welfare services in this new space.”
