Scale, Park, Parking... All Included in 'Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park'

In February, the ‘Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park’ is scheduled for sale in Geonip-dong, Jeju City, Jeju Island, attracting the attention of buyers with an unprecedentedly impressive level of product completion in Jeju.


Above all, Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park holds several ‘first’ titles. It is the first complex built under Jeju’s first private park special project, and at the same time, it is the first to introduce Jeil Construction’s ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae’ brand in Jeju, earning evaluations for its rarity and symbolic value.

The fact that it is a large complex with over 700 households, rare in Jeju, suggests its future growth as a landmark complex. The large community facilities will include a fitness center, sauna, golf practice range, and more, and various cultural spaces within Jungbu Park will also be conveniently accessible nearby.


A sales representative for Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park stated, “As Jeju’s first Jeil Punggyeongchae and first private park special project, there is considerable preference and expectation from local residents. To meet these, we have devoted great care to design aspects such as parking spaces and community facilities, so residents will be able to enjoy a pleasant living environment.”


Additionally, the complex boasts excellent urban accessibility with major roads such as Donggwang-ro, Yeonsam-ro, and Beonyeong-ro nearby, and convenient access to Jeju International Airport and Jeju Port International Passenger Terminal. Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park plans to open a model house in Donam-dong, Jeju City, in February.
