Kia announced on the 19th that it plans to hire experienced employees in double-digit numbers across various fields, including the Information Technology (IT) sector. The IT sector positions available include IT development, IT management and technical support, software design, data, infrastructure, and security engineering. Applications can be submitted through the company's recruitment website until the end of this month. After document screening in early next month, candidates will undergo a competency test and first interview (late March), followed by a second interview (mid-April). The IT sector will conduct separate preliminary and coding tests. Final successful candidates will join the company during the first half of this year. In addition to the IT sector, experienced hires are also being recruited in 12 other departments, including customer experience, manufacturing solutions, purchasing, quality, and production.
