Delta Air Lines received an award from Incheon International Airport Corporation for the first time in recognition of its stable operation of the Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) system.
On the 16th, Delta Air Lines announced that it had won the top award in the operation of Incheon International Airport Corporation's A-CDM system for the first time as of the second half of last year.
A-CDM is a system that allows related organizations such as air traffic control agencies, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, airport corporations, airlines, and ground handling companies to share real-time information on aircraft operation and movement times to predict operation times and air traffic conditions.
Jeff Moffaw, Vice President of Delta Air Lines Asia-Pacific region, said, "The operation of A-CDM is a very important part of Delta's process to become the world's best on-time airline," adding, "We will continue to cooperate tirelessly to provide better service to all customers using Incheon Airport."
