10㎡ per Plot... Annual Usage Fee 50,000 Won
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting users for the citizen garden from the 19th to the 25th of this year.
The citizen garden is located in Oseong-myeon, Cheongo-ro, within the Pyeongtaek Agricultural Ecology Center. This year, there are a total of 95 plots, each with an area of 10㎡. The garden can be used for 8 months, from April to November.

The annual usage fee is 50,000 KRW, and those eligible for reductions, such as recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security, single-parent family protection recipients, and persons with disabilities, pay 25,000 KRW. Applications can be made through the Pyeongtaek Agricultural Ecology Center website after mobile phone identity verification. Users are selected by lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
At the end of March, the city will conduct preliminary education on garden management and cultivation techniques, and in mid-August, it plans to provide education on kimchi vegetable management and cultivation techniques.
