After One Year of Implementation, Each Counselor Generates an Additional 30 Million Won in Sales
Channel Corporation announced on the 16th that Bullsone, a company specializing in automotive products, achieved a 15% increase in consultation sales conversion rate by introducing the all-in-one artificial intelligence (AI) messenger ‘Channel Talk’.
This achievement was made possible as Bullsone improved customer service (CS) operational efficiency through Channel Talk without increasing the number of consultants. Bullsone’s average monthly consultation volume is about 1,300 cases, and they introduced Channel Talk in January last year to increase purchase conversions through consultations.
Through Channel Talk, Bullsone reduced the average first response time from 15 minutes to 4 minutes, and while previously consultants only responded to customers via phone, by utilizing the chat function as well, 100% response became possible. Subsequently, the ratio of chat consultations surpassed that of phone consultations, allowing consultants to focus on important inquiries requiring professional responses.
After establishing the consultation system, Bullsone set consultation purchase conversion as the goal for the CS department in the first quarter of 2023. As a result, they achieved more than 100 purchase conversions per month on average, a maximum consultation purchase conversion rate of 15%, and approximately 30 million KRW in additional sales per consultant annually.
