The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of the Korea Rural Community Corporation (Head: Jo Young-ho) announced on the 15th that it held a ‘Safety Culture Practice Resolution Meeting’ in the main conference room to create a safe and healthy workplace.
The resolution meeting, attended by safety officers from each branch, proceeded in the order of ▲Safety Resolution Meeting ▲Key Promotion Items Discussion ▲Safety Education.
During the subsequent discussion, plans were shared regarding the headquarters’ key promotion items, including the introduction of a self-discipline prevention system, strengthening field-centered safety management, expanding customized on-site continuous consulting, and establishing standardized safety management this year. The participants united their efforts to achieve zero major accidents through the practice of a mature safety culture.
The Jeonnam Headquarters invited a professional instructor from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency to provide education to attendees on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and risk assessment related to industrial accident prevention.
Head Jo Young-ho stated, “Safety is a value that cannot be compromised under any circumstances,” and added, “Please do your best to ensure thorough handover during personnel transfers so that continuous safety management at the site can be maintained and no safety leaks occur.”
