GS Construction and Cheil Construction announced on the 15th that they plan to launch sales of 'Songdo Xi Punggyeongchae Granoble' in February.

Songdo Xi Punggyeongchae Granoble is a project that integrates the development of five complexes in the area of 551-1, Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and will be the largest scale within Songdo District 11.

It is a large complex consisting of 23 buildings (21 apartment buildings and 2 officetel buildings) ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 47 floors above ground, with a total of 3,270 households. There will be 2,728 apartments ranging from 84 to 208㎡ in exclusive area and 542 officetel units of 39㎡.

Complexes 1 and 2 are apartments with a maximum height of 29 floors, while complexes 3 to 5 are mixed-use residential and commercial complexes with a maximum height of 47 floors. Complex 1 (RC11) consists of 469 households, Complex 2 (RC10) has 548 households, Complex 3 (RM4) includes 597 apartments and 271 officetel units, Complex 4 (RM5) has 504 apartments, and Complex 5 (RM6) comprises 610 apartments and 271 officetel units.

Songdo Xi Punggyeongchae Granoble is located on the waterfront, which is the core green infrastructure of Songdo District 11, providing a pleasant residential environment. Some units offer permanent waterfront views.

The educational environment is also excellent. Kindergarten and elementary and middle school sites are planned right next to the complex. Yonsei University International Campus and Incheon Global Campus (including State University of New York, George Mason University, Ghent University, and University of Utah) are nearby. Inha University Open Innovation Campus (Inha University Songdo Campus) is adjacent to the site.

The 800-bed Songdo Severance Hospital, scheduled to open in December 2026, is within walking distance. Large shopping facilities such as Homeplus, Hyundai Premium Outlet (Songdo branch), and Triple Street are also conveniently accessible.

Access to Aam-daero, which connects to the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, 3rd Gyeongin Expressway, and Yeongdong Expressway via Incheon New Port-daero and Songdo Bio-daero, is convenient. Using Songdo Science-ro, it is easy to move throughout Songdo.

Community facilities suitable for the scale of the complex are also a strength. Facilities such as a fitness club, sauna, guest house, daycare center, senior citizens' center, and a sky lounge are planned.

A GS Construction official said, "As this is a large complex located in District 11, the largest among the 11 districts of Songdo International City, we will devote great effort to preparing the product."
