The One-Stop Export and Order Support Team of the Ministry of Economy and Finance announced on the 15th that it will conduct online training for service companies in collaboration with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA).
The training, held over two days starting today, will provide essential practical information necessary for the export of service companies across four fields: law (content, franchise, edutech), taxation, official development assistance (ODA), and free trade agreements (FTA), delivered by experts in each area.
Approximately 110 export-related personnel from service companies who registered in advance are expected to attend, and trade associations in the service export sector as well as KOTRA local trade offices in Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East will also participate in the training.
Na Seong-hwa, Deputy Head of the One-Stop Export and Order Support Team, stated, "While government-level regulatory rationalization and tax support are important for revitalizing service exports, it is equally crucial to strengthen the export capabilities of each individual service company. Therefore, we will continuously provide the necessary educational content in consultation with service sector associations."
Videos and materials for the service company export capacity-building training will also be available on the support team’s website until the end of June after the training concludes.
