13 Beauty Masters, 3 Years of Neighbor Sharing... Dongmyeong University 'Beauty Industry Promotion Research Group' Volunteer Team Awarded

Dongmyung University (President Jeon Ho-hwan) is actively continuing volunteer activities in its third year since the launch of the Beauty Industry Promotion Research Group Volunteer Team (Chair Kim Ae-kyung, Professor of Beauty Care Department at Dongmyung University and 13 licensed hairdressers) as part of the department-centered industry-academia cooperation council activities under the Leading University for Industry-Academia Cooperation Development (LINC3.0) project. The team has been volunteering at places such as Susilverwon (Saha-gu), Rosa Welfare Center, and Dongsanwon (Suyeong-gu).

Composed of professors and licensed hairdressers, this volunteer team was established in 2022 and continuously supports each other through industry-academia cooperation with Dongmyung University’s College of Beauty Arts. In recognition of their efforts, they received a commendation on December 19, 2023, at Susilverwon located in Saha-gu, Busan.
