Kmong Enterprise Launches Specialized Developer Matching Service for SI Companies

SI Project Development Personnel Matching
Providing Services from Operation to Aftercare

Kmong, which operates a freelancer marketplace, announced on the 8th that its B2B (business-to-business) service 'Kmong Enterprise' will launch a corporate-exclusive outsourcing expert matching service that connects developers to SI (system integration) specialized companies.

Since last year, Kmong Enterprise has expanded its existing brokerage service that connects client companies with development firms to also provide a matching service that connects resident developers to SI companies managing corporate projects.

With the newly introduced SI matching service, Kmong Enterprise will offer companies not only the existing resident developer connections but also ▲ developer recommendations within 3 days and contract completion within 1 week ▲ a reasonable commission policy around 10% ▲ 365-day hot desk operation ▲ post-management support such as replacement recommendations in case of professional personnel turnover.

Many SI companies have been subcontracting to sourcing firms to secure additional specialized personnel beyond their existing workforce. As a result, they have faced slow developer brokerage, high commissions, and difficulties in maintenance and management.

Kmong Enterprise has implemented a system that selects developers to be deployed to SI companies based on a verified database of over 10,000 developers, and has quickly secured major SI companies such as LG CNS, CJ OliveNetworks, Asiana IDT, Infobank, and Kyobo DTS as clients while preparing the SI matching service.

Kim Taeheon, CEO of Kmong, said, "Many sales representatives, PMs, and purchasing teams of SI companies spend too much time and cost finding development personnel," adding, "We will build a systematic service by advancing the matching system using data such as wages, duration, technology, experience, and reputation."
