According to the fire authorities, the 119 Aviation Unit and the Jangsu Fire Station rescue team conducted joint training that day. In the event of a natural disaster causing road collapse or passage blockage, making it impossible for fire vehicles and rescue personnel to access by land, they established an emergency rescue dispatch system for isolated and rugged areas where accidents may occur.

The training proceeded in the following order: ▲Stage 1 ground safety education and basic training ▲Stage 2 sequential hoist descent training for aviation personnel and Jangsu rescue team members ▲ Stage 3 practical life rescue training involving movement to mountain and water rescue sites. The training also included aviation safety theory and on-site mission-focused practical exercises.

Yoon Bae-ho, captain of the 119 Aviation Team, said, "Through realistic training, we are strengthening our ability to respond to complex disaster situations. We will continue to build an emergency rescue response system through repeated training between the 119 Aviation Unit and fire stations."
