Chocolat Palette aims to provide differentiated services from simple retail product stores by jointly developing a cacao mass grinder with the Lotte Central Research Institute, allowing customers to enjoy chocolate dessert menus freshly extracted in-store.

The main products include a total of 20 items such as △chocolat drinks, △spreads enjoyed with bread, △stroop waffles, △fondue platters, and △choco cocktails, all made based on cacao mass freshly extracted in-store, allowing customers to enjoy the deep aroma and flavor unique to cacao, enhanced with visually pleasing plating in various colors.

Additionally, to meet diverse customer preferences, non-chocolate menus such as cakes, coffee, and tea beverages are also offered.

After opening in Songridan-gil, Chocolat Palette plans to develop the brand as a store or concession business based on customer responses.

A Lotte GRS official stated, "Chocolat Palette stores provide a special experience by incorporating various elements that can be enjoyed with the eyes, nose, and mouth," adding, "We plan to establish brand strategies based on future customer responses and trend changes."
