Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 7th that it will provide repair services during the Lunar New Year holiday to minimize customer inconvenience. The holiday lasts for four days from the 9th to the 12th, and the purpose is to support customers who need urgent repairs.

During the Lunar New Year holiday, Samsung Electronics Service will open nine service centers on the 11th and 12th to provide repair services for Samsung Electronics Galaxy products, including smartphones and tablets. The nine 'Weekend Care Centers' currently operating since the 20th, including Samsung Gangnam, Hongdae, and Jungdong, will be the targets to strengthen services for Galaxy users. Operating hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Services will be provided to customers who make reservations in advance through the website and inquiry center.
If urgent repairs are needed due to home appliance malfunctions during the holiday, on-site service will also be provided. This applies to malfunctions that make the appliance unusable, such as refrigerators not freezing or cooling, or washing machines not powering on. Additionally, in preparation for the Lunar New Year holiday, product care tips, frequently asked questions, and self-resolution methods will be posted on the website. The inquiry center will provide 24-hour consultation services.
