50t Crane Overturns at Tongyeong Shipyard... 40s Worker Dies While Being Transported

At around 1:23 PM on the 5th, a 50-ton hydro crane toppled over at a shipyard in Gwangdo-myeon, Tongyeong-si, Gyeongnam.

According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, a man in his 40s was seriously injured in the accident and died while being transported to the hospital.

The police and the Ministry of Employment and Labor are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
