SR, the operator of the Suseo High-Speed Train (SRT), announced on the 5th that it will publicly recruit 29 general positions (new and experienced) in 2024. In the office and sales field, 14 new employees for general positions, 2 for veterans, and 3 for local control will be recruited, while 10 experienced train attendants will be selected.

The recruitment process will be conducted in a blind manner focusing on job suitability factors such as qualifications, education, and experience related to the job, based on the National Competency Standards (NCS). Applicants will go through document screening, written tests, and interviews (1st and 2nd rounds). There are no restrictions on gender, age, or major. For local control and experienced train attendants, specific qualifications such as a railway traffic controller certificate and railway vehicle driving license are required, respectively.
The application period is from the 8th to 6 PM on the 16th and can be done through the SR website recruitment announcement and the dedicated recruitment website. Qualifications and preferential conditions for each recruitment field can be checked on the website. The final successful candidates will be announced on the 15th of next month.
