Public Home Shopping Appoints Kim Young-joo, Former NongHyup Central Association Member, as Inside Director

Public Home Shopping announced on the 5th that it has appointed Kim Young-joo, former Executive Director of NongHyup Economic Holdings, as an inside director. He was recommended as a candidate through the Executive Recommendation Committee's evaluation in December last year, approved by the board of directors, and appointed at the general shareholders' meeting.

Newly appointed inside director Kim Young-joo served as Director of the Secretariat of the NongHyup Central Association, Head of the Member Economic Support Department, Executive Director of NongHyup Economic Holdings, and CEO of Busan Gyeongnam Distribution. He has been responsible for protecting the rights of farmers and agricultural product distribution at NongHyup for over 30 years. He has received commendations from the Chairman of the NongHyup Central Association, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Deputy Prime Minister for Economy.

Director Kim began working as the Head of the Management Headquarters at Public Home Shopping from the 5th, with a term of two years.
